Each robe is made to order. It ships in about 30 days and arrives 8 to 12 days after that. You get tracking the moment it ships.

How does the heat work?
Plug the robe into a wall outlet and use the LED controller to pick one of six heat levels and a timer setting. It heats fast, including the foot pocket.
Is it safe?
The heating wire sits inside five layers of protection, with a temperature detection line and automatic shutdown after 10 hours.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Unplug it and detach the controller and power cable first. Then machine wash gentle and cold, no bleach, tumble dry low and do not iron.
What size is it?
One size fits all, 60 by 72 inches, with 25 inch sleeves. It is cut generously so it fits most people.
